Flying Doctor Telehealth (FDT) is excited to announce that we have additional paediatric support available. We now have more telehealth appointments available and greater scope to support young people aged 0-17 years in rural Victoria.
Dr Brian Timms, Paediatrician, has been providing paediatric services with FDT since 2019 and in this time, demand for support for young people has grown. In response to this, FDT has brought on two new Paediatric specialists:
Dr Rami Subhi, Paediatrician
Dr Subhi has worked with rural and remote communities in the past and has published widely on improving care in areas with limited resources. Dr Subhi is available fortnightly, on Friday mornings.
Dr Pravin Dullur, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Dr Dullur has worked as a consultant psychiatrist since 2005 and has worked extensively with rural and remote and culturally diverse communities. Dr Dullur has a particular interest in media related problems such as gaming disorder. Dr Dullur is also available fortnightly, on Tuesday mornings.
